WMT Dieting Tips
I’m sick of women trying to lose weight by eating less and less. Stop being retarded… PLEASE! I see ladies dieting on iceberg wedges, salads, and steamed veggies. There are no shortcuts in life. Here are some notable points to remember when trying to get in shape.
If you don’t eat lean protein (meat, soy, tofu, nuts, beans, fish) while working out, you will lose all your muscle mass. You will end up with a lower basal metabolism as your muscle mass decreases, therefore you will naturally burn less calories. When you start eating normally, your body will require a lower amount of calorie burn off to maintain body function, so you end up with more excess calories. You will end up fatter than before… Yay.
If you don’t have a good source of calcium like milk when you crash diet, you will sap the calcium from your bones. Yay… Osteoperosis! Broken hips are sexy!
If you don’t excercise, you won’t build muscle. Muscle is key to raising your basal metabolic rate. When you raise that rate, you can burn more calories and keep the pounds off. The higher your metabolism, the easier it is. Building muslces may increase your weight, but in the long run you will have a nicer form/shape.
Use BMI and Body Fat % to determine goals… NOT POUNDS! When a man sees a woman, he doesn’t see pounds… he sees shape!
Dieting the right way will not only give you a nicer shape, you will also develop better skin and hair. Just a thought.

Don’t ruin your health with quick fad diets. If you are serious about getting in shape, get a personal trainer and nutritionist/dietician. Spend the money and you will have a vested interest to make it happen.

Thank god for this. I used to do the “crash diet” bit to maintain weight for sports, but I stopped a bit back. I feel so much better, stronger, happier eating healthy meals and running every day.
