  1. Buddy, you are out of control. Thanks for exposing my inner thoughts over the past 38 days. :)

  2. Congratulations. It’s great to see it going well for you

  3. Interesting blog! Yeah, I agree that looks are very important to men…what about a girl’s character? I heard of some men leaving some women because they have only the looks and no characters! And in some cases, if a man cannot find the most suitable companion in his country, maybe he is in the wrong continent!

  4. What ever happened to the “why do men get over a break up faster” article? I was really curious to read that one when it showed up in my rss aggregator, and then i came to the site and… poof! Not there anymore.

  5. angy:
Character is of course important, but isn’t that a given? WMT talks about things common to male thinking, but not readily accepted or understood. Considering character is not one of those things. In fact, it is the opposite! We are told to look at character more than we naturally do.

    It will be coming back.

  6. WMT, congrats! Love your blog. Insightful and funny. Keep it up!

  7. Congratulations, that’s really exciting. Keep up the good work!

    Cara

  12. Thanks Cara.

I believe you can simply submit your blog to them and they’ll post it if they like.

  13. Hey, only 38 days!?? The impression is that you’ve been doing this much longer. How cool for you, that you have the knack for imparting wisdom ~ on a topic we seem very much to want to read about (communication between/among the sexes). Good job WMT!!

  14. Ok. I’m totally jealous. I don’t know how long my blog has been going. I think for like a month. But I know I don’t have 5500 hits. Not even close actually.

    You’re rad. Officially.

And I like reading your blog because for a guy, you’re sassy. And thats a good thing.

  15. hahaha sassy? It’s a compliment so I’ll take it!

  16. Holy Man! Only 38 days?! By the topics and interest level of your blog I would have thought that you’ve been writing this for years! Keep up the good work man!

  17. I’m absolutely astounded - 38 days, 5500 hits and 300 comments??? Holy cow.

This is such an interesting take - and brilliant. Well done and congratulations.

  18. Thank you staticmonkey and thank you Mo.
I hope that I can continue to develop as a blogger/writer.

  19. Hey WMT!! I was just going to write to you and there you were!!
Thanks for the comments. I was a bit concerned about my response to your blog…glad to know you didn’t see my comment as any lack of appreciation for it. I think it’s necessary and many women do need to read it…and I needed to be reminded, no matter how familiar the information or advice may be…it’s good to see it again.

We do agree, people need to acknowledge the differences…and be respectful of them…they’re there for a reason… a good one!

I WILL look at your “what men ’should’ think…and I have another idea..why don’t you email me directly and I’ll run it by you : )

    Thanks again,
    Keeks~

  20. Congrats!!

  21. Thank you Janey!

  22. Found you through Ms. Single Mama — because you said the Bay Area is the hot spot for singles… and I’m friends with Dad’s House, too.

Great to “meet” you, I’ll be back for more!
